We understand how important customer experience means to businesses, especially in customer care services. An efficient system to handle customer enquiry in the entire duration is the key to grant customer satisfaction.
The ticket portal aims to manage customer enquiries vie email communication with trackable history. Customer contact detail is stored centrally on the portal which allows staffs from various departments to access it remotely via a web browser. This will shorten the processing time and minimize the chance of missing information between departments.
